I love unexpected meetings with people that touches your heart. After I had done the big stores and enjoying the heat indorse I went around in Bryant Parc and run into a lovely and well dressed man, JP. His energy was passionate, he looked like Robert Downey Jr and he was smoking his pipe. He was selling spa treatments and our conversation went on to dinner as I joined him and his two friends. Deep discussion and great food at a place that served Moroccan. I came back late to my hotel after one of those magical night that just happens without any plans.

Christmas spirit in NY with decorations and trees. This was the day they lit up the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center with lots and lots of people out to watch it and a miner chaos to get there.
Shopping for gift is great since more or less all the stores is offering good discount but remember to follow your tempo and color code when shopping so that you can shop with awareness and from a soul place. I invested in some new make up and colorful items in order to create my dream closet.
The inner transformation that has been taking place inside of me wants to be expressed on the outside, with a new look in clothes. I'm following my wind energy and is focusing on fun, cute and playful for my new look.
Follow Your Bliss is the leading mantra for Alyssa the designer behind the brand eff.Y.bee. A NY based jewelry company with soul and heart selling bohemian chic neck lessee, bracelets and earrings in beautiful colors. Alyssa is a creative entrepreneur with a great esthetic sense that is just as inspiring as the jewelry she sells. The pieces is like candy for the eyes and I fell in love with almost everything. So now is my jewelry box updated for next year giving my wardrobe that something extra. Check out the collection and read the fantastic story about the brand at www.effybee.com

The contrast from my life in Brazil compared to my stay here in NY is huge. I'm staying in a lovely hotel in Long Island City and I have a great view of the skyline from here. I have been walking around in my new neighborhood and done some art dicoveries.
I went into Socrates sculptur park and ended up in local art studio. It is exciting how you start talk to someone and the bring you into their universe and you go behind the scens of the normal tourist things. I meet Traiko, an artist working with metal outside of a colour full house and art studio He ofered me a guided tour of the place. He showed me his work and also the wonderful work of Karen Fitzgerald. i could realy see her work haning in my appartment.
I took a tour in Noguchin museum how entertined with a minimalistic exibition. Noguchin worked with sculptures and paintings, presenting the two sides of his personality, the Japanese hearige in contrast to his American upbringing.

I just attended this awesome webinar with one amazing coach, Judymay Murphy. Doing business and working as a speaker on the big stages with a female energy is a totally different story then if you are running on testosterone that mainly is the case with most of the men in the coaching business.
Daring to be great, and doing it from a heart place and with female energy is the key. Allowing myself to talk about girly subjects is important!! Great boost for my style coaching and my business for 2014. Feminine power rocks.

After living a simple life for six weeks in the middle of nowhere in Brazil it feels good to be back in Rio. I sleep like a baby in my king size bed and loved everything with the breakfast at my hotel. A morning walk at Copacabana beach is the best possible way to start your day if you ask me.

I love to pamper my self and one of the best ways of doing that is to get massage. So I decided to try two to me new methods, hot stone massage and detoxifying algae wrap. In the hot stone one, they massage you with the warm stones for a deeper impact on your muscles and it included a belly massage that was wonderful. A rose quarts was put between my breast, at the heart chakra and filled my heart with love energy.
The algae wrap is said to pull the toxins out of your body. I got all naked beside a paper thong, no time to be sky here, no, no. I laid down on the bed that was prepared with aluminum foil and the lady taking care of me covered my backside with the algae clay, then I was asked to turn around. Oh may it felt like mud wrestling :) after my whole body was covered with the clay she wrapped my up and like a mummy. She put a mud mask on my face to cleanse the skin in my face as well and then I received head and foot massage, I was in heaven. The algae treatment was spot on and definitely something I will try again.

Right now that is pretty much what I'm doing. Lot of eating, loving my self and my life and some praying for peace, love and understanding. Well to be honest I'm also playing the part as a successful style coach and author, staying in Abadiania, Brazil. This city is a sacred place whit very high frequencies of energy and it is said to be a powerful place for healing. I'm staying in this wonderful pousada, a nice and clean hotel and 3 times a day they serve fantastic vegetarian food.
The main attraction is Casa de Dom Inacio and the world famous healer John of God. People from all over the world comes to this place for physical healing or a spiritual experience. Since I got here I have been very inspired and it has been a great place for work and contemplation. Today I did 8 hour in meditation. It was a challenge I have to admit. Sitting on a bench with my eyes closed for four hour, not saying a word and trying not to think. Can you imagine?
